All Children’s Hospital employees:
No. You may only obtain medications on the PrudentRx Specialty Drug List from CVS Specialty Pharmacies and Publix Pharmacies in Florida. If you are currently using one of these pharmacies, or have already transferred your prescription, you do not need to take any action. To transfer your eligible specialty medication, you may call CVS Specialty Pharmacy (800-237-2767), or Publix Pharmacy for residents in Florida, and let them know that you want to transfer your prescription(s) from your old pharmacy. They will assist you with the transfer. You can also call your prescriber and ask them to send a new prescription to one of these pharmacy locations too.
All Other EHP employees:

If you are currently using one of these pharmacies, or have already transferred your prescription, you do not need to take any action. To transfer your eligible specialty medication, you may call CVS Specialty Pharmacy (800-237-2767) or Johns Hopkins Outpatient Pharmacy (410-288-6100) and let them know that you want to transfer your prescription(s) from your old pharmacy. They will assist you with the transfer. You can also call your prescriber and ask them to send a new prescription to one of these pharmacy locations.
