Finding the right health care provider is an important part of getting the most from your EHP plan. These frequently asked questions can help you understand your network options and learn how to use our Provider Search Tool.

Use our online EHP Provider Search Tool at ehp.org/find-a-provider. You can search for doctors, hospitals, and other health care facilities near you. We also have helpful how-to videos on the website that show you exactly how to use the search tool.

Depends on where you live:

  • Maryland EHP members: You can use either the EHP provider network OR the Cigna Nationwide network.
  • Florida EHP members: Use the Cigna Nationwide network OR search the EHP network for a limited network of select providers in FL.

All providers in these networks are in-network for your EHP plan.


The Cigna Nationwide network includes more than one million providers and hospitals across the country. All EHP members can use this network no matter which plan type you have (EPO, PPO or DPC).


This is a special network for Florida members that offers lower costs when you use certain providers. If you choose a provider from the Florida Preferred Providers network, you’ll pay less out of pocket. You can find these providers in the EHP network by selecting the “Florida Preferred Providers/Select Pediatric Providers” search option.


This is a special network for children’s care in Florida. Pediatricians in this network offer preferred pricing, which means lower costs for you. Select the “Florida Preferred Providers/Select Pediatric Providers” search option to find these doctors in the EHP network.


Yes! If you have an EPO, PPO or DPC plan, you can see providers in both the EHP network and the Cigna Nationwide network. All of these providers are in-network for your plan.
