Sarasota Memorial Hospital and First Physicians Group of Sarasota and Florida Select Pediatric Providers (Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and outpatient locations and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Specialty Physicians) will be added to the Network Option search in the EHP network by Jan. 1, 2025.

EHP members now have access to UpLift, a new way to get timely, personalized care for behavioral health concerns. With a greatly expanded network and rapid scheduling, UpLift matches members’ needs with a qualified clinician as soon as the next day — and no further out than two weeks.
Johns Hopkins Health Plans’ contract with Uplift currently covers members in MD, VA, FL and Washington DC. We continue our efforts to expand coverage to all states where UpLift has a presence. Please check back routinely for an expanded list and updates.
