Keeping the Beat: EHP Supports Healthy Blood Pressure

EHP knows that well-being is about more than physical health. It’s about mental health, nutrition and exercise, social relationships and self-improvement. The key to supporting all of these is achieving balance. EHP help members find the right balance by supporting their health goals with no-cost well-being programs and resources.

EHP has teamed up with Healthy at Hopkins to provide a wealth of health support for our members. We want to foster workplace environments that help employees live their healthiest life and to empower them to end their workday healthier than when they started it.

Healthy at Hopkins has been hosting blood pressure fairs across the Johns Hopkins Health System, providing education and free blood pressure checks. EHP is supporting these events, sharing our heart health benefits and resources, including coverage for blood pressure monitors, care management, free online health education classes and more.

A blood pressure of 120/80 mmHg is considered healthy.
