  • Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care

    Get care anytime, anywhere with Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care. Connect through your mobile device or computer for a video visit with a health care provider 24/7, from anywhere in the United States. Johns Hopkins OnDemand Virtual Care has adult and pediatric providers ready to care for you and your family at any time, no appointment needed. A health care provider is available within minutes to review symptoms and prescribe medications, as necessary. Common uses for this service include minor care concerns, such as:

    • Cold and flu symptoms
    • Rashes
    • Allergies
    • Sinus problems
    • Pinkeye

    This service is available to EHP members and dependents of Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation (including The John Hopkins Hospital, Bayview Medical Center, Howard County General Hospital, Suburban Hospital and Sibley Memorial Hospital), Johns Hopkins University, Broadway Services and Student Health Plan. This service is for adults and children age 3 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Hopkins Specialty Appointment Line FAQ

    This service will help members navigate and schedule new specialty appointments with a Johns Hopkins specialist.

  • Dental care

    The EHP dental benefit, offered by some EHP plans, is administered by Delta Dental. Delta Dental Customer Service can be reached at 1-800-932-0783.

  • Visits to Urgent Care

    Urgent care centers can be found by accessing the provider directory or calling EHP customer service at 1-800-261-2393.

  • Care Management Program

    Members are placed in one of three levels and are given a variety of support, tools, and services specifically designed to help them better understand and manage their medical conditions. Call 1-800-557-6916 for more information.

  • Pregnancy Resources

    We offer various programs for expectant moms, including a high-risk prenatal care management program. Call 1-800-261-2396 Ext. 5355 for more information.

  • Blood Pressure Monitor

    We cover a blood pressure monitor. We believe heart health is important for all members, so there are no health requirements to order a monitor.

  • Health Education

    We offer a variety of health programs to help members identify risks that could be harmful to their health and learn ways to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.   • National medical coverage through Cigna
